Craft Dinning is an American  concept with globally inspired from scratch gourmet dishes from Chef Michael Merida. The menu has evolved from the world travels of Chef Michael hand crafting the ever popular street foods into a new sensation one dish at a time! At Craft Dinning, we source only the freshest and sustainable products to create our cultural melting pot menu. We incorporate the skill set of chef Michael that sets forth to provide a unique dining experience Authentic flavors, made to order, boundary pushing tacos in a high- energy all inclusive atmosphere. A dish is a blank canvas, how do you want to paint it? Chef Michel Merida is the Executive Chef who specializes in modern American cuisine. He was trained at the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants which include: El Bulli - Spain,
